The staff are wonderful and provided excellent service.

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The hotel is located far from the airport, resulting in long transfer times that were a complete hassle. I encountered food poisoning from the water served at the hotel, which left me feeling unwell for the remainder of my trip.

The water villa was truly remarkable, offering a spectacular sea view that made every sunrise feel special. The dining options for breakfast and dinner were satisfying, with fresh food that kept me looking forward to meals. The attentive staff provided excellent service, ensuring my needs were met during my stay, which contributed greatly to the enjoyable atmosphere.

I found the transfer from the airport quite lengthy, which can be a little exhausting after a long journey.

Family with children nice experience

The food was GOOD! Especially the fresh seafood, it was like being in the lap of luxury, except I wasn't paying for meth! I really enjoyed the snorkeling trips, saw turtles and had an exhilarating time. Plus, the private beach area was a gem where the kids could safely play in the water!

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for the memories we created.

The water villa was a great choice with incredible views from the balcony. The food at the main restaurant was top notch, especially breakfast with freshly baked croissants. Staff were attentive, like Abdula, who opened the restaurant early just for us. The spa facilities offered fantastic massages, perfect for relaxation after snorkeling.

The snorkeling was unforgettable with mantas and sharks visiting daily! The food was decent, but the outdoor bathroom had ants. a memorable experience! 🐠

We chose the Water Villa, which definitely had a breathtaking view from the balcony. The snorkeling experiences were out of this world. Swimming alongside tropical fish and seeing manta rays was unforgettable. I loved the fresh food options, especially breakfast with those warm croissants. The staff kept everything running smoothly and remembered my favorite drink every time I walked into the restaurant. The bar attendants even served snacks by the pool in the afternoon, making it feel special. there were some downsides. The transfer from the airport took too long. Waiting for over two hours after a long flight wasn't ideal. The room itself, while charming, had some furniture that felt a bit worn down. The shower required running the hot water for ages before getting any heat, which was frustrating. And although the dining was initially enjoyable, after a week, the menus felt repetitive. I wished for a greater variety at the a la carte restaurant. the positive vibes from the staff really made a difference, but some aspects of the resort need serious attention to elevate the experience further.

Had a great time with friends enjoying volleyball and exploring the beautiful beach. The Watersports Centre had loads of options, like jet skiing and kayaking. The staff were amazing, always smiling and welcoming, and the food was a delight with fresh, varied options available at every meal.

We had to wait quite a while for the seaplane transfer, which was frustrating after a long flight.

The beach villa I stayed in was surrounded by lush tropical flora, creating a paradise right outside my door. Every meal was an exquisite experience, offering diverse and delicious options that had me eagerly anticipating the next. The housekeeping service was exceptional. not only was my room always pristine, but the staff treated me like family, making my stay feel extra special.
